"We used to think our businesses were cursed, because they always failed.  Now we know that we just didn't have the proper training.  You will not recognize this place the next time you come."

Yobel International has created an interactive, discussion-based Entrepreneurial Training Curriculum to be utilized in developing communities for the purpose of empowering those communities to leave a life of poverty and vulnerability by learning to implement ethical and effective business skills.

Sponsoring an Entrepreneur provides the materials and training fee for one student to learn life-changing business skills through a week long conference delivered in their village.

This course enables entrepreneurs to:

  1. Identify their own personal worth and value as one created with the capacity to utilize innate gifts and talents for the purpose of meeting family and community needs
  2. Attain basic business management skills necessary to begin or expand existing enterprises sustainably

  3. Understand the importance of ethical business practices, stewardship, money management, and generosity

Resulting in:

  1. Entrepreneurs realizing their freedom and ability to dream of a better future for themselves for the first time

  2.  An increase in profits of existing businesses by a minimum of 30% within 1 year

  3. 30% of those without existing businesses begining first-time initiatives

  4. 75% receiving necessary skills to begin a first time personal savings plan

  5. 69% creating personal and business budgets

  6. Sharing of their newfound knowledge with 6 family members and friends on average

  7. Understanding the importance of ethical business, perhaps for the first time

  8. The development and retention of customer base through excellent customer service & effective marketing
